Lokahi Outrigger Canoe Center (Lokahi OCC) is a non-profit 501c3 organization and was founded in 1992. Lokahi provides recreational and competitive paddling experiences for people of all ages living in the North Bay. Activities include the summer sprint race season and a number of long distance races throughout Northern California. Lokahi also fields crews which participate in nationally competitive long distance races on the mainland and in Hawaii. Lokahi presents a cultural experience of outrigger canoe paddling with exposure to Hawaiian song and dance and other elements of Hawaiian culture.

Lokahi OCC is a member of the Northern California Outrigger Canoe Association (NCOCA). The NCOCA is a member of the 
International Va'a Federation (IVF) formerly International Polynesian Canoe Federation (IPCF), Pacific Outrigger Canoe Association and Pacific Islanders' Cultural Association.
